Dale Davis joined Peachtree City Lazers in June 2007. Previously he was at FC Bitburg in Germany where he was head coach of the B Jugend (U16 boys) team for the last two years. At FC Bitburg, Davis worked with some of the best young footballers in the Rheinland area of Germany at one of the biggest clubs. While there, he coached a German U-17 National pool player and several Rheinland-Pfalz selection players who competed for places in the national pool. His players performed weekly for professional and national team scouts and often hosted professional youth teams in matches from Germany, Luxembourg, and Belgium.
 
His extensive 29 year playing background includes professional playing experience in the United States and also in Europe. He played collegiate Soccer at the NCAA Division I level for the University of South Florida and also at the University of South Alabama where he won two Sun Belt Conference Championships. He was a member of the U.S. U-20 National team at age 16, a region III ODP team member that competed in Russia during the summer of 1990. Davis was also a Florida Youth Soccer Association ODP State player for 3 consecutive years and has traveled Europe with various teams as a youth competing in international competitions. He played his youth soccer at the Clearwater Chargers Soccer Club in Clearwater, FL where he won several state championships and competed at the USYS Region III tournament.
 
Davis resides in Newnan, GA with his wife Shannon and their daughter Emma. He is a USSF “A” licensed coach, holds the USSF National Youth License, and has various coaching certificates from the English FA. He graduated from Georgia State University with a Master’s degree in Sports Administration in 1998.
